EMIFlow ("we", "our") helps you track loan EMIs. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. Short version: your data is yours — we never sell it, and you can delete everything in one tap.
What we collect
- Account details — your name, a 10-digit mobile number and/or email address, and a password (stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash — we can never read it).
- EMI data you enter — lender/provider names, amounts, dates, and payment marks. This is what the app exists to store.
- Basic usage events — anonymous counters like "app opened" so we know what's being used. No advertising or tracking SDKs, ever.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone.
- We do not read your SMS, contacts, files, or location.
- We do not connect to your bank accounts. You enter your EMIs manually.
- We do not send spam. The only emails/messages are security codes you request.
Where your data lives
Account and EMI data are stored in a managed cloud database (Turso by Cloudflare-aligned infrastructure) and served through Cloudflare. Data is transmitted over HTTPS only. A copy of your recent data also lives on your device so the app works offline.
Your controls
- Export — Profile → Export Report downloads a full copy of your data anytime.
- Delete everything — Profile → App Settings → Delete account permanently erases your account and all EMI data from our servers.
- Sign out everywhere — one tap revokes all active sessions.
